Dispatch Portal

On-site event management.

What is this product?

The sheer size of a mining site makes it difficult for managers to get a clear picture of what’s happening in real-time. We have designed a tool that enables employees in the field to report events of all kinds, such as a truck breakdown, a blocked road, a health and safety incident, etc. These events are transferred to the site’s central control center, where they can be monitored and reported in real-time. These events are transferred to the control center in a priority management portal, from which a manager can send requests to the desired software. (ERP, logistics, EHS)

Solution features.

This tool applies to health and safety, logistics, maintenance or operations teams. All reported events are displayed on a map comparable to a Waze-type system, integrated into a private database to guarantee the confidentiality of information.

Mobile application or CB.

Whether using the mobile application or a radio call, you can quickly and easily report an event based on your position on the site.

Map indication.

All events are categorized and positioned on a map accessible to all via a portal and mobile application.

Management portal.

All declared events are displayed on a management portal which, in conjunction with the declarant, enables priorities to be set and action requests to be generated.

Connection to systems.

Actions generated in the portal can be sent directly to an existing system (ERP, logistics, EHS).
