Audit-ready at all times
Gaps are updated continuously, reports are configured to what the auditor asks for, and every piece of evidence is referenced down to the page.
multi-standard compliance, always demonstrable
Compliance no longer lives in five Excel files and an email inbox. Every requirement has its owner, its evidence and its due date, across all your standards and all your sites.

The status quo
It isn't software. It's the spreadsheet three people edit, the SharePoint folder nobody can find, and the manual consolidation that starts from scratch every cycle. It works in the end, but it rests on one or two people and doesn't survive their departure.
Who has the right one? The one in the shared folder, the one in the attachment, or the one on the computer of the colleague who went on leave.
A correction requested in March gets lost. It turns up again in October, when the auditor asks about it.
The file is only used a few times a year. Each time you pick it back up, it starts with a group refresher.
The spreadsheet doesn't update itself. You find the hole at the worst possible moment.
All your standards
The same policy, the same training records, the same emergency response plan meet requirements in several standards. In Reglo, the evidence is uploaded once and serves everywhere it applies.

unified evidence library, shared across every framework
Broken down requirement by requirement, with their own levels and assessment logic.
What sites are asking us for right now. A framework is added through a structured import, not a data-entry project.
Corporate policy, supplier code of conduct, your parent company's internal standard: an Excel or CSV template is all it takes to structure it requirement by requirement. From then on it runs on the same mechanics as TSM, with the same evidence and the same owners.
If your framework isn't on these lists, it can be added. That's the whole idea: Reglo adapts to the standards your organization has chosen to adopt, not the other way around.

Each page lays out the context, what Reglo changes, and the result.
Preparation becomes a review, because the assessment is already up to date.
Everyone answers for their part, at the right point in the cycle, without reminders.
One instance, one corporate view, evidence that counts for the whole group.
A unified evidence structure, with similar requirements spotted from one standard to the next.
What's coming
TSM, the Copper Mark, the ICMM principles and the World Gold Council's principles are converging into a single global standard. For sites, the real question isn't understanding the new framework, it's knowing what to do with the years of self-assessments already produced.
We are building the bridge with our first sites: existing TSM answers and evidence feed a first version in the new framework, and the team makes the calls from there rather than from a blank page.

Enviro executes your authorizations, Reglo demonstrates your standards, and Spotd surfaces what's happening in the field.
Non-conformances found in the field flow up into Reglo's evidence and action plans.
Your authorizations and their legal obligations live there. The two platforms work together without stepping on each other's toes.
The standards you adopt, structured and demonstrable at any time.
Fifteen minutes on one of your standards, with your requirements and a case close to yours.
