Film once. Document for the long run.

Your site's memory retires with the people who hold it

Prism turns a video shot in the field into a structured procedure that is reviewed, approved and published to your systems. Your specialists' expertise becomes a controlled document, without them having to write it.

The reality

A situation most sites share

01

No one has time to write it

You ask for a procedure. Three weeks later, you get a two-page document written in between shutdowns. It isn't for lack of willingness: writing a procedure properly takes hours your teams simply don't have.

02

Expertise is leaving the organization

Your most experienced people retire or change employers. What they know isn't recorded anywhere, and few of them have the months it would take to document everything before they go. When they leave, the method leaves with them.

03

Text alone doesn't tell the whole story

“Tighten firmly.” Tighten how, with what, in what order, while watching for what? The actual movement, the body position, the sound of the machine: that's what the people taking over need to see, and it's precisely what text can't convey.

The walkthrough

A procedure's full journey, in five stages

From a four-minute video shot on a phone to a signed document that lands in your CMMS.

01

Capture

The technician performs the task as usual and talks it through out loud. A phone is all it takes: no studio, no script.

02

Automated structuring

The narration is transcribed and aligned with the footage. The vision engine recognizes the actions, the tools and the PPE being worn, then splits everything into distinct steps.

03

Review

The writer reviews a draft that's already complete: they fix a word, pick a better image, add a pinch-point warning. One hour, not three weeks.

04

Validation

Technical review, then health and safety approval if the procedure calls for it, then the document owner's signature. Every action is dated and attributed.

05

Publishing and integration

The signed PDF goes to SharePoint and the CMMS, in your site's template, in the languages requested. A QR code links back to the original video.

One procedure, several owners

Each role has one defined scope, and only one

CAPTURE

The field worker

They perform the task and talk it through. That's all that's asked of them: no writing software to open.

WRITING

The writer

They receive a draft that's already broken into steps. They adjust the site's vocabulary, the images, the warnings.

REVIEW

The technical reviewer

They confirm the method is the right one, or send the document back with their comments. Nothing slips through quietly.

APPROVAL

The document owner

They put their signature on the line, and only they can publish. The right to distribute is separate from the right to publish.

The systems Prism feeds

Prism doesn't replace your systems. It feeds the ones you already have

Your published procedures land where your teams already look for them: in the work order, in the site library. Not in yet another tool.

Technical review happens with the person who performed the task, not months later and far from the field.

Once signed, the procedure goes back to where it's used: at the workstation, in the CMMS, in the team's language.
