Tokens

You pay for what you produce

A token corresponds to one platform action: processing a video, generating a translation, publishing a procedure. You buy a pack of tokens and spend them at your site's pace. No contract commitment required to get started.

Three tiers, one online purchase

TIER 01

Starter

150TOKENS

Roughly 40 to 50 published procedures with their translations. Enough to cover a first documentation project.

TIER 03

Volume

1,500TOKENS

Roughly 450 to 500 published procedures. For a site catching up on its entire document portfolio.

How it works

01

You choose a tier

Based on the number of procedures you plan to produce over the coming months. If in doubt, the smallest tier is fine to start.

02

You pay online

By card or invoice, with no contract cycle to go through. A receipt is issued in the site's name.

03

The tokens are credited

Immediately, to your site's account. Your team can upload its first video as soon as the purchase is confirmed.

Enterprise

Several sites, or a lot of volume?

Beyond a single site, public pricing is no longer the right tool: we need to look at your number of sites, your languages, your integrations and your access governance. We then build a custom offer rather than a list price.

Frequently asked questions

Do tokens expire?

No. Purchased tokens stay in the site's account until they're spent. A site that slows down during a shutdown loses nothing.

Can they be shared between sites?

By default, tokens belong to the site that bought them. In a multi-site deployment, a shared pool can be set up, with per-site visibility into what has been used.

What if we run out mid-month?

No sudden cutoff: you're notified before you reach zero, and topping up takes only a moment. Viewing and exporting procedures that are already published is always possible, even at zero tokens.
