The complete chain, in a single platform
Standard, requirement, assessment, evidence, action plan. Every building block of Reglo exists because a mining compliance team needed it, not because a catalog called for it.
Multi-standard, multilingual
TSM, Cyanide Code, IRMA, Green Marine, ISO, internal standards. The same framework serves your sites, whatever their working language.
Similar requirements across standards
Faced with a requirement you've never handled, Reglo looks up what has already been answered elsewhere and proposes a starting point.
Linked, traceable evidence
The supporting document is linked directly to the requirement, referenced down to the page. The auditor doesn't ask you twice where it's written.
Roles and responsibilities by protocol
Every protocol has its owners. People receive their part, not the whole workbook.
Work plan and alerts
Tasks carry an owner and a due date, and an assignment triggers a notification and an email.
Time-stamped, attributed actions
Every action taken keeps its author and its date. Who, what, when: the question no longer comes up.
Real-time compliance plan tracking
Progress shows as it happens and gaps recalculate on their own. No more asking for a status report.
Configurable audit reports
Generated from live data, structured the way the auditor expects. You pull the report whenever you want.
Institutional memory
Findings, evidence and decisions stay requirement by requirement, and version freezing keeps the grid exactly as it was presented. Successors pick up the thread instead of reinterpreting.
Reglo suggests, a human validates
Drawing on your internal documents, Reglo proposes an answer to the requirement and the associated evidence. Your team always makes the call.
Integration with your existing document management system
Evidence links to your SharePoint or document management system, with no parallel copies. Your access rules stay yours.
Standard import, Excel or CSV
An internal standard is structured requirement by requirement from a template. No framework is out of reach.
What's coming
From TSM to the Consolidated Mining Standard, without starting from scratch
TSM, the Copper Mark, the ICMM principles and the World Gold Council's principles are converging into a single global standard. For sites, the real question isn't understanding the new framework, it's knowing what to do with the years of self-assessments already produced.
We are building the bridge with our first sites: existing TSM answers and evidence feed a first version in the new framework, and the team makes the calls from there rather than from a blank page.
