Prism was born in operations, not in an engineering office

Prism is a product of Lichens Innovation, a technology firm that works in mining operations. The problem it solves was described to us by superintendents, in much the same words every time: documentation is falling behind, and the people who hold the know-how are leaving the organization.

So we built a tool that starts from what the field already does, a video, rather than asking the field to start writing. The rest is a matter of governance: roles, review, signature, versions, audit log. Nothing new, but done rigorously.

Prism is part of a family of Lichens products designed for the same industrial reality, and it integrates with the systems your teams already use rather than trying to replace them.
